Raj Singh

Raj Singh is the Manager, AV/IT Solutions Design & Engineering at University of Southern California. He manages the design, engineering and operations of all Provost General Assignment teaching spaces at USC. Raj has been working in the technology field for more than 15 years for various Fortune 500 companies, Private Equity Firms and Technology Manufactures. He is an experienced professional with a broad understanding of all aspects of AV/IT technology stack, architecture, design, engineering and management at the highest levels. He has a bachelor's in electrical and computer engineering and a master's in business management. In his spare time he enjoys cycling, hiking, reading and spending time at the beach.

Jim Spencer

Jim Spencer is the AV Field Solutions Architect for higher education at CDW-G. Prior to joining the team at CDW, he worked at the University of Notre Dame for almost 14 years, and was with a small integrator before that. As part of CDW-G's classroom modernization team, he helps schools from all over the country with AV projects of every size and shape. Jim holds AVIXA’s CTS-D and CTS-I accredited certifications as well as several other certifications and honors from manufacturers and organizations across the industry. When he’s not at work, Jim enjoys motorcycling, 3D printing, and following space news.

Dan Brauer

Dan Brauer has 15 years of experience in the AV industry. He honed his expertise through a journey that began as a Student Technician for the Classroom Services Team while pursuing a degree at Iowa State University in Ames, IA. Post-graduation, he embarked on a professional path that led him to serve as an Installation and Service Technician at AVI Systems in Urbandale, IA, providing exemplary customer service to clients across Iowa and Illinois. Dan later served as an Audio-Visual Support Specialist at DuPont-Pioneer (now known as Corteva Agriscience), where he was instrumental in crafting and maintaining AV solutions for their research facilities in Johnston, Iowa. Dan returned to Iowa State University in 2018, where he currently serves as the Audiovisual Operations Team Leader for the ITS Audiovisual Experience Team. His areas of focus include building and maintaining relationships with campus stakeholders, managing student employees, incident response, and configuring AV control systems.

Wade Johnston

With over a decade of experience in the AV, IT and Broadcast fields, Wade joined Legrand AV in 2022. Currently a Regional Technical Sales Manager for Da-Lite and Middle Atlantic, Wade specializes in being the subject matter expert to assist customers. With experience as a Presales engineer for nearly 5 years prior to joining Legrand, the experience in the field provides additional expertise and knowledge to the details needed to provide a turnkey support model for assisting customers. He is also a trainer for Legrand AV and has instructed multiple CTS Accredited courses via Legrand on the latest technological trends. A native of Madison, GA and a graduate of Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville, GA. Wade enjoys working outside and spending time with his family.

Mark Knox

Mark W. Knox is the National Business-Development Manager at WyreStorm Technologies. After earning his B.S. in Business from Wright State University, Mark started his career as an integrator before moving to the manufacturing side as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, and Vertical Sales Manager. High-resolution audio, Smart control integrated AVRs, and Laser Projection are just a few of the technologies Mark has launched over the past two decades. Mark has worked with Higher Education Institutions to provide solutions for display technology and video distribution systems in classrooms and campuses all over the world.

Jeffrey Levesque

Jeffrey Levesque is a Lead Information Technologist with the University of Rhode Island Information Technology Services where he designs, programs, installs, and repairs Audio Visual Systems in general assignment classrooms on campus. He also supports faculty and students as they use classrooms, conference rooms, and other venues. Before starting at his current job in 2014, Jeff worked in public schools as an educator which allowed him to bring a different perspective to the realm of Audio Visual design. Letting him bridge the gap between faculty users and AV designers, resulting in more user friendly AV systems. Jeff has attained multiple certifications from Crestron including Digital Media Certified Engineer (DMC-E), Crestron Master Technology Architect Silver Certified and Q-SYS Level 2 certified. Jeff’s current focus is identifying new solutions for enhancing the teaching and learning environment. Jeff has previously presented at ETC(formally CCUMC), InfoComm, AVIXA webinars, and multiple manufacturer panels.

Jonathan Moore

As a professional with 10 years in the industry and over six years as a system integrator, Jonathan excelled as a lead technician, service technician, and system programmer, proficient across all major platforms. Jonathan’s career evolved at a university, where he served as a system programmer and pursued a Bachelor’s in Network Engineering. He earned the CTS-D and ITIL 4 Foundations, among a complementing array of both industry-specific and general networking certifications. Now, he brings his networking experience to Q-SYS, a division of QSC, thriving as a Solutions Architect in the dynamic realm of real-time AV over IP solutions.

John Schrenker

John brings over 35 years of AV and IT experience in healthcare and higher education. Currently serving as the Manager of Manager Classroom Technology and AV Systems at Rochester Institute of Technology's Center for Teaching and Learning, he oversees AV in registrar classrooms and assists RIT's colleges with their AV systems. In addition to his managerial role, John has experience as faculty in several colleges and universities, bringing a unique perspective to educational technology. His IT expertise spans network, system, and application administration, while his AV experience covers both traditional and AVoIP setups. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, a Master of Public Administration from SUNY Brockport, and an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Rochester Institute of Technology. He is also actively involved on ETC's Strategic Planning Committee.

Adaline Tatum

Adaline Tatum, M.Ed., is an esteemed educational technology professional with over twenty years of experience in IT instruction and a specialized focus on AV systems in higher education. She is currently finalizing her Ed.D. in Educational Leadership, with a concentration on Leading Instructional Change. As a Faculty Support Analyst at USC Information Technology Services, Adaline has distinguished herself by aligning AV/IT technology with institutional goals to optimize operational effectiveness and promote inclusive educational environments. Her adeptness in developing AV/IT training programs has significantly enhanced educators' and staff's technological competencies. Renowned for strategic planning and project management, Adaline is devoted to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion through innovative educational technologies.
