Job Description 

The AV Sales Manager will serve an essential role as the customer liaison between the ITS Event Services team and UCLA internal and external customers including the Housing & Hospitality Teams, Residential Life, Events & Transportation, Central ITS, and other stakeholders as necessary. The AV Sales Manager will document customer needs and provide pricing quotes and event specifications in order to ensure a successful and profitable delivery of service. The AV Sales Manager will serve as the onsite representative for customer needs during live events, in coordination with the UCLA event sales teams, Technical Project Engineer, Supervisor, Event Services, and third-party vendors in order to ensure all requirements are delivered as scoped.

Experience Required 
Bachelor's Degree Information technology, computer science, public administration, business administration, communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of experience/training.
