Managing with DEI in Mind 

The Diversity and Inclusion committee invites you to join a guided conversation with your peers focusing on managing for DEI. We will discuss challenges and concrete examples of practices you can use to improve inclusion and trust with your staff. The session is not only for managers, and we hope to have a rich conversation where folks can share their experiences of what has and hasn't worked in their offices.
