Kristy Howard serves as Executive Director for ETC. She has worked in association management for over ten years and has several colleagues at AMR working with her to assist ETC as part Executive Office and Headquarters for the association beginning December 1, 2020.

Kelsey Kirsch serves as Project Coordinator for ETC. Kelsey assists with the Membership Committee, Resource Advisory Committee, Professional Development Committee, Regional Events, and annual conference.
