Pre-Conference Workshop Speakers

Invisible Risks of Modern Management - Tuesday, October 14 from 1:30-5:00pm

Modern workplaces may look sleek and efficient, but beneath the surface lie hidden challenges that can quietly undermine productivity, culture, and wellbeing. In this interactive half day workshop, we'll explore the invisible risks today’s managers face—ranging from digital overload and emotional burnout to poorly structured meetings, blurred boundaries, and mishandled tough conversations. Through discussion, real-life scenarios, and role-play exercises, participants will gain insight into their own habits, uncover unconscious behaviors, and learn to model healthier, more effective management practices. Bring photos of your workspace—we're starting with a deep dive into structure.
