Cass Hall, Ed.S.

Cass Hall is the Director of Academic Technology, a unit within the Office of Information Technology that prioritizes education and advances the University of Idaho’s academic mission. She served as the Manager of Collaboration & Classroom Technology Services for three years, a team that oversees all classroom technologies, including design, installation, replacement, repair, and preventative maintenance for over 100 general university classrooms and 80 departmental spaces, and serves as the administrators of Zoom for the University. Previously, Cass was the Director of the Doceo Center for Innovation + Learning and a Clinical Associate Professor of Learning Technologies for the College of Education, Health and Human Sciences, where she provided K-12 teachers and higher education faculty the support they needed to successfully integrate technology in the classroom and assisted pre-service teachers with preparing for the demands of technology integration in their future classrooms. Her research focused on technology integration in educational settings. She also has 15 years of experience in K-12 schools as an English teacher, Library Media Specialist, Technology Coach, and Instructional Coach.

Gina Sansivero

Gina Sansivero is currently the VP of Marketing and Corporate Communications at AtlasIED. She has over 17 years’ experience working within the audiovisual, security, and communication technologies industry in marketing and business/ market development roles. As a marketing professional, Gina has helped commercial technology manufacturers develop and strengthen their brand profile, reputation, and reach, as well as strategically align sales and marketing efforts to increase revenue generation and exceed corporate goals. As an active industry champion, Gina believes in giving back to an industry that has helped her mature professionally and is currently on the board of directors for Women In AV/IT (WAVIT- President) and the NSCA Education Foundation. Gina also volunteers for several industry associations including Educational Technology Collaborative (ETC), NSCA, and AVIXA among others and is a proud mentor to women in the AV/IT industries.

Kathleen Dooley, B.A.

Kathleen Dooley is the Director of Media Resources at Midwestern University. She has been with the institution since 1992 after achieving a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Communications from Southern Illinois University. In 2020, she completed a Master's Certificate in Instructional Design from the University of Illinois. As the Director of Media Resources, Kathleen has been responsible for media technology and creative services on the Midwestern University Illinois and Arizona campuses. Services include audio visual design, audio visual project management, technology installations, live event technologies, video and audio production, photography, ID card systems and production, and strategic technology planning. Kathleen has represented Midwestern University in the Education Technology Collaborative since 2007. She has served on and chaired the Professional Development Committee, Executive Office Management Committee, Conference Program Committees, Strategic Plan Evaluation Committee, and the Women In Technology Interest Group. Kathleen also served as President from 2017 - 2019, a Board Director from 2015 - 2017, and co-host of the 2013 Annual Conference. Outside of Midwestern University and ETC, Kathleen has a consulting business focused on communication, technology, and leadership training. She serves as a subject matter expert on video production and technical service management and has presented at several national conferences. Kathleen is also an accomplished musician, playing regularly with multiple bands, publishing albums, and songwriting for local artists.
