A standing committee, whose chairperson shall be a member elected by and from the Corporate membership, shall determine the Corporate members' participating in the programmatic and social events of ETC, and shall submit such recommendations and plans to the board of directors for its approval. The Corporate Member Committee shall also nominate candidates as its representatives to the board of directors, and submit the nominations to the Election Committee.
