ETC Travel Scholarship - Deadline is July 9, 2026

The IDEA Committee is proud to announce the inaugural Educational Technology Collaborative (ETC) Annual Conference Travel Scholarship, which will award three deserving individuals reimbursement amounts up to $2500 to attend the annual ETC conference at Penn State, October 12-15. The mission of ETC is to provide leadership and a forum for information exchange to the providers of media content, academic technology, and support for quality teaching and learning at institutions of higher education. The members of the IDEA Committee are pleased to sponsor and review these applications and to expand our community of technologists, instructional designers, librarians, help desk staff, event support, creators, engineers, managers, administrators, educators, etc.  

Applicants should demonstrate clear career goals and how attending the conference can help them move closer to achieving them, whether you’re just starting, switching careers, or expanding your existing knowledge.

Eligibility:  Employment at a Higher Education Institution in a role that interacts with technology. Students and non-ETC members are welcome to apply.

Applications are due by July 9, 2026, with awardees announced in late July 2026.
