Join the Educational Technology Collaborative October 12-15 as Penn State University hosts us for the 2026 Annual Conference! This event attracts AV & IT professionals, instructional designers, technology vendors, manufacturers and those in related fields that support higher education institutions. This event provides a place for peers to network in the field, share experiences across institutions, learn best practices in audiovisual and IT services on campus, as well as provide numerous topics for training and showcasing technology.

Annual Conference Call for Proposals - Due May 1st

The mission of ETC is to provide leadership and a forum for information exchange to the providers of media content, academic technology, live events, and support for quality teaching and learning at institutions of higher education.  The 2026 ETC Program Committee welcomes proposals for topics that exemplify the mission of our organization.  “We are. . . Transforming Global EdTech in Happy Valley” is our conference theme, so preference will be given to those proposals that feature innovative or visionary ideas, processes, or products and foster collaborative discussions.  All sessions will be 45 minutes with a 15-minute Q/A session.
