Showcase Schedule:
The Showcase is currently scheduled for the below times and subject to change until the draft program is developed.
- Showcase Setup: Monday, October 12th – setup 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Showcase Hours:
- Monday, October 12th - 5:30pm- 6:30pm
- Tuesday, October 13th – 8:00am – 4:00pm
- Wednesday, October 14th – 8:00am-3:00pm
Important Information for Sponsors
- Corporate partner attendees are required to register in advance for the event. If your sponsorship level came with complimentary registrations, you should have received a discount code via email. Sign up as a Regular Attendee on the registration form.
- Corporate partner attendees are invited to attend the conference in its entirety and participate in sessions throughout the event.

Important Deadlines for Sponsors

As a sponsoring partner, we request that you complete the following action items:
- Attend the Corporate Partner Check In Call - August 11, 12-1p ET *The session will be recorded for those unable to attend.
- Send Corporate Partner attendees to [email protected] by August 14 to ensure they receive the relevant communications.
- Submit shipping information to The Penn Stater Hotel by Friday, September 25. THIS MUST BE COMPLETED FOR THE HOTEL TO RECEIVE YOUR SHIPMENT.
If you haven't already registered for the event, please do so below using the discount code that was sent to you by [email protected]. All Corporate Partners are invited to attend the entire conference and participate in sessions as able.
