Important Information for Sponsors

• Corporate partner attendees are required to register in advance for the event. If your sponsorship level came with complimentary registrations, you should have received a discount code via email. Sign up as a Regular Attendee on the registration form. 
• Corporate partner attendees are invited to attend the conference in its entirety and participate in sessions throughout the event. 
• View the Exhibitor Kit - see important shipping information below in Important Deadlines.

Important Deadlines for Sponsors

Thank you again to all that have committed to sponsor the 2026 ETC Annual Conference!

As a sponsoring partner, we request that you complete the following action items:

• Send Corporate Partner attendees to [email protected] by August 14 to ensure they receive the relevant communications. 
• Submit shipping information to The Penn Stater Hotel by Friday, September 25. THIS MUST BE COMPLETED FOR THE HOTEL TO RECEIVE YOUR SHIPMENT. 

If you haven't already registered for the event, please do so below using the discount code that was sent to you by [email protected]. All Corporate Partners are invited to attend the entire conference and participate in sessions as able.
